Chief's Lunch
Salmon Trail’s “Chief’s lunch” can be enjoyed anywhere you desire, along side a scenic lake, next to the ocean or in a corporate board room, to name just a few. The lunch includes four varieties of salmon preparation including: fresh BBQ salmon on a stick; candied salmon; salmon butter; and a salmon wrap containing salmon, coleslaw and a maple syrup sauce rolled in a rice wrapper.
The Chief''s lunch is accompanied with mouth watering corn bread bannock and brandied strawberries. All this is served on an alder wood plate and accompanied with a bottle of water. Each guest is provided with a hot towel as the lunch is eaten as finger food. The guest’s are encouraged to take home the wooden plate and other wooden utensils as keepsakes of their experience with Salmon Trail.
Bus Menu (Warriors Lunch)
The perfect accompaniment to any aboriginally themed excursion -- and a satisfying meal component of any tour: a full-weight, eight-ounce wrap, loaded with smoked salmon, fresh greens, and pasta salad, all in a tangy mayonnaise sauce; a hunk of candied salmon; a dessert cookie of fruit-filled gingerbread; and a bottle of spring water.
The meal is served on an authentic old-time alderwood plate (a souvenir your customers can keep), with a moist towel and a paper serviette, and garnished with a sprig of sacred cedar.
Salmon Trail can customize your meal to suite your taste and budget and can also supply an entertainment feature: dancers, drummers, storytellers, artists, craftspeople, and more.
